Prove the work was done — right, and on time
Self-inspection (egenkontroll, required under Swedish PBL) means documenting that work met requirements. On paper it’s hard to find, easy to lose, and impossible to prove who did what. Digital makes every check structured, signed, and searchable.
FieldSync replaces the form with a template your team fills in on mobile — even with no signal — and a supervisor approves. The result locks and can never be altered after the fact.
Four things paper can never do
Several people, one self-inspection
A team splits the work without overwriting each other. Every line is stamped with name, date and time, so it is clear exactly who checked what — even when three people worked in the same protocol.
Sign offline
Complete and sign in basements, tunnels, and dead zones. Everything syncs automatically when coverage returns — nothing is lost.
Immutable audit trail
Every edit, signature, and approval is logged with name, time, and device. The log can’t be edited or deleted — evidence in a dispute or audit.
Versioned templates
Update a template without rewriting history. Selectable sections let one template cover several inspection types.
From template to locked record
- Build the template. Create a versioned self-inspection template for your work.
- Fill in on site. The tech fills in on mobile, adds photos, and signs — offline if needed.
- Approve. A supervisor approves or rejects with a comment. Approved = locked.
- PDF & log. A signed PDF is generated and the full audit trail is kept forever.
Self-inspection, digital
Can several people fill in the same self-inspection?
Yes. Several people can work in the same protocol at once, even offline. Every line is stamped with name, date and time, and conflicts resolve per field by edit time — nobody overwrites anyone else’s work.
What does digital self-inspection cost?
Standard is €20 per technician per month, with one admin and one manager included free. For teams up to four people, Lite is €10 per month flat. Every feature is included in both — no feature unlocks.
Is digital self-inspection legally valid?
Yes. Each signature captures the signer’s full name, date, and exact time, saved as vector graphics and locked in an immutable log — suitable for formal self-inspection and regulated work where you must prove who did what and when.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The whole inspection can be filled in and signed offline. Everything syncs automatically when coverage returns, and conflicts resolve per field by edit timestamp.
Can we use our own templates?
Yes. You build versioned templates that match your forms. Book a demo and we’ll help you import and rebuild your existing templates — and your first month is free.
Where is our data stored?
On dedicated infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany — within the EU and under GDPR. Each company’s data is isolated in its own database schema.
